Są jednym z elementów wykorzystywanych do ulepszania sprzętu. Mimo, iż inhibitory nie są konieczne do ulepszenia sprzętu to ich dodanie znacznie zwiększa szanse na powodzenie ulepszenia. Można je pozyskać poprzez kupienie ich za platynę u Kowala Woberga, Issy, Zohara, Borghildy, Versteina, wydropienie z niektórych przeciwników, lub samodzielne ich wykonanie. W zależności od rangi sprzętu należy użyć odpowiedniego inhibitora.
